Does anyone know of any software out there for Windows which allows you to clone set folders to an external hard drive?

I'm looking for something along the lines of this: https://bombich.com/

Most backup software for windows creates images, i'm looking for something that basically copies/clones the folder and files within it.

bvckup2, this is what I use.

In my case it does continuous mirroring (at 15min intervals) of selected folders to another drive (internal but I've done external and network shares).
You can also schedule updates at custom intervals and it has the option to 'try again' if it was unable to do a backup (ie no drive plugged in)

Once setup it's literally let it load on boot and it just does it's thing in the background.

on a similar subject.

i had a 120gb SSD with windows/programs on which has no more space.

i have an unused 256gb drive in my pc which i would like windows and apps on instead. can i just clone my windows ssd to the bigger one or will i encounter issues?
