Backup + Compression Programs

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a program that I can use to compress all my music (mainly .wmv) for backup purposes? I've tried winRAR and Acronis but they never seem to do much in the way of file sizes. Is this because these files can't be compressed much more or am I doing something wrong?

Just like Mpeg4 it's very difficult to compress something that has already been compressed.

Yeah your problem is that the file is already compressed down in the audio format.
