Backup css files before format?

I'm formatting my computer but want to backup all the maps and other files that I've downloaded whilst playing css, which files do I need to copy?

I also need to backup my custom .cfg file, do I need to copy the autoexec.cfg or config.cfg?

When I reformatted I just copied autoexec.cfg and config.cfg.

Came in at 5.7GB so not a problem
