Hi I work for a school and have a few iphone 5 that I need to backup and transfer to new iphone 6, but I have plugged a phone into a mac I have and the devices\backup is greyed out. Could someone suggest anything as I need to do about 6 phones and don't know/have the machine they were originally setup on. I don't use apple products very much.
