Backup onto NAS

Looking to get a NAS box for our office to backup a few of the PCs on a weekly basis over network onto the NAS box.

What is the best way to do this automatically at a certain time of the day/week without needing to do it manually each time?

As you're buying for business, you can get all in one NAS solutions that will do it for you, Netgear, Buffalo et al do them.
