backup programs which use shadow copy/VSS

Do you guys know of backup programs that use Shadow Copy (Volume Snapshot Service/Volume Shadow Copy Service/VSS) other than cobian?

backing up from one machine to another machine on a network.. about 200GB of data.. need VSS/shadowcopy as some files maybe in use.
I like cobian but need a replacement for cobian as i am also copying to the same data to a removal USB HDD as well.. which is messing up the incremental backup.
