Backup software via FTP?

I'm after some software which does automatic scheduled backups (either full or incremental) to an FTP server.

The mainreason is that I have over 250GB of web space and rather than using an external HDD, it might be best to use this space as it's an offsite backup.

what internet connection do you have?

if it's a standard home internet connection then it'll take forever to upload to it, talking 30-60kb/s ish..
