Backup Software

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good backup/restore software I could use,

what i need it for;

Backups (duh)
Restore them easily
After burned to a dvd, be able to restore them to a borked system (that cant boot into windows)

any help would be great.

SyncToy isn't too bad..I usually just copy/paste what I wanna back up..

Does ghost 10 allow me to boot to dos and restore it from there?

I using Acronis True Image Home 9, now 10. which you can try before you buy

If you look around on some old mag CD's you may find a free copy of the old software you could use.

From the User guide (page 33) for version 9 it would seem that you can restore the backup data under windows or boot from CD.

You need to download the user guide for 10 to check if that is still the case
