Bad Company 2 problem keeps crashing

For the past month ill play a game then after about 30-40 mins the screen just goes black then goes to desktop?

My game would crash after about that as well, I realized I haven't had a clean install of it since release. Fresh install of BC2 and new patch fixed any crashing I was getting. Clean install wouldn't hurt.

could also be your drivers,the 10.8's did that to me,i gone back to 10.4a no problems since.

For me this seems to be an ATI driver issue as I did try a clean install

me to m8,i did a fresh install of windows,but the ctd and blackflashing with the 10.8's still appeared so had to go and install the 10.4a again,no problems running them at all,hope the next drivers ati bring out sort out the xfire problems or i am thinking of getting rid of crossfire and just getting a 5870
