Bad Connection Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars

Hi

I have a bad connection for the game: Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars.

My internet connection is wireless, can any one suggest a solution to my problem?

Age of empires HD works fine. I am playing on the steam network.

stick an ethernet cable in it

I don't have the option of using a direct cat5 cable.

Just had another games of age of empires HD with no online internet problems.

I remember a message about my firewall & steam came up some time ago and I told windows to allow steam.
