Either that was the crappiest, slippiest peice of road in the world or there was a performance car dealer in the area loaning cars to the local hillbillys, most of em didn't look like they were moving that fast and still managed to try and kill themselves and over motorists

It's a known route with spectators so probably trying to show off and forgetting about keeping the car in the lane and on the road!
Does seem quite slippery in places and a lack of talent

in most instances you could not tell if the road was going to be clear around the bend.

They can't bend the laws of physics, they'll still understeer if you enter a corner too quickly, it's typical mid-engine characteristics.

They are and they do. They flatter drivers that drive them well but try and barrel it into a corner with a load of lock and they will just wash out at the front.

...so I've been told, I've only ever driven one backwards

Shocked how bad they were when I went over there. They don't look any further than the end of the bonnet and that video backs it up 100%.
