Bad FPS Problems With Nvidia GTX 570, Could Be CPU?

This is TF2, so it is using the GPU, think I might just save and buy z77 then if it is the CPU that is bottlenecking.

Just looked, and it seems they ditched that option for windows 8 so you can display the usage for up to 640 cores on a single graph, bit stupid really, best way would be to use third party software.
