I don't know if I'm just unlucky with the 5cs or if I'm getting faulty ones.
The first one started loosing the time and date settings 2weeks after the warrenty ran out.
the 2nd one had to go back after 1 day because it wanted to keep turning itself off and didn't hold the date and time too and the 3rd one decided to do something similar but lucky it's in warrenty, that's going back to fone store in the morning.
Would there be something wrong with the 5c to start with?

You could be receiving a bad batch of phones, I would keep going back to claim on the warranty and if the problem persists try to get another model if possible. Maybe even a 5s.

Did you not answer this already? Sounds like wherever you are getting the phones from are rubbish and are selling badly repaired/refurbed phones? Try buying from elsewhere.

Hi, I'm beginning to wonder that myself.
I've bought from smartfonestore a good few times in the past and never had a problem.
To me it look as if the 5c's is the problem. Its away back this morning.
