Bad mayo - am I done for?

Just had to get a quick bite to eat and grabbed a mcdonalds cheese and bacon beefburger thing - due to my horrific cold I only noticed the bad taste halfway through. Mayo smells a little like garlicy gone off milk - looks okish aside from some sand grain sized bits of rice-like stuff?
Am I in for food poisoning - anything I can do to help reduce chances?

I think the fail occurred at the point where you started eating things that you can't even identify.

It's cheese sauce - but almost identical ingredients to the "cool mayo" (mainly just the 4.5% cheese) according to the website.

Well that depends really. Would you really want man milk back up in your mouth? I'd just stomach it than puking it back up.
