badaxe 2 what have i done

hi

ive just done a bios update to the latest bios and forgot to disable my antivirus now all i get is 3 long beeps and nothing . have i borked it or what . im on my lads pc and i cant afford to replace .
ive changed jumpers and got into maintenance and it shows my cpu at 0.00 mhz any ideas

Nah, that's quite common with Bad Axe 2 flashes.
Go in to the recovery BIOS (move the CMOS jumper from the top+middle pin to middle+bottom pin) then F2 as usual. There you can put your settings back to normal.

hi

just to let you know everythings ok now panic over . i went into maintanence mode couldnt see anything to change so replaced the jumper , rebooted and presto a box comes up saying bios update succsesful . no h/drive light on anymore
on a side note to everyone it is so handy having a second internet pc in the house and it dont have to cost the earth
