Yeah I've been having a look round at prices and I could even get a ZR-1 for about £10k, although the insurance will probably be stupid. I've been looking at the C4 and C5 but I think the C5 would be a bit pricey considering it would be a car just for fun, even though it is my true dream car. It's irrelevant until I get my taxi licence anyway:(

Oof....ZR1's are ferocious. I've bought the service manual for one of those just in case I ever purchase one!

Yup, that's 8000RPM right there! Quite finikity beasts in some respects though from what I've briefly scanned on many a 'Vette forum...

Ya never know, prices might have come down in a bit anyway :)
