Badly damaged radiator

So today I got my delivery from OC and was disappointed to say the least.

I received two rads, one of which came with the XSPC Raystorm 750 EX280 WaterCooling Kit and was in a large box with no protection of any sort from the other component or from outside sources.

The other rad came separately in it's own box wrapped in paper and a layer of bubble-wrap surrounding it.


See both rads below and judge for yourselves.

The one rad which was in the XSPC kit had no protection around it thus I think this is why it is badly damaged

I posted here to let others know and bring OC up on the issue.

I don't aim to bash them as they have always provided me with 100% customer satisfaction but I wanted to raise the issue.

Anyway, it has since been resolved and I will be returning the rad for a refund

That's good, ocuk don't let people down on their customer service. Did you have to pay for return postage?

Jargen was very polite about it and said they will reimburse me for the postage.

As I said, 100% customer satisfaction with OcUk

Never had a bad experience with ocuk customer rep. And given the amount o times I have used them I doubt I will in the future.
