Badly damaged radiator

Yeah cant agree more with what is being said in here about customer service in ocuk, not only the official reps who deal with any product issues you have but the forum service aswell from all the members who also help out a huge deal in troubleshooting ect ect

Ive used ocuk customer service a few times in the past and have never had a fault with them!

I've had a few bad products from XSPC lately, they seem to have rather poor quality control...

Not sure if this was a problem with XSPC, Overclockers or even the postage company but OC have taken responsibility and made right by me so I'm happy

Good to know. Most of my loop is XSPC and I've never received anything broken, although this was put together about a year ago.
