worth a go, as labby said earlier in the thread try re-installing windows and see if that helps, if not could be a dud card

do you have a cpu overclock applied?, also may be worth updating your ssd firmware too
No OC. Mobo, SSD, GPU, Windows all up to date.

are you able to test the gpu in another/ friends pc, if you get similar crashing then you have your answer, start a rma and get a refund or a replacement, if it were me i'd go for a refund and see what NVIDIA have to show off on the 14th (the get amped statement has peaked a lot of interest)
EDIT you could always try a bios flash as its the oc version the founders edition bios will work, would need to use a tool called nvflash + a gpu bios from techpowerup.

I’d do a fresh install of windows or look at a new PSU. Possibly reseat RAM.
