I used to have a Brenthaven rucksack for my Powerbook and a STM Alley for my MacBook.

I want something in the middle for my MBP.

I like to sling cameras and stuff into it, would prefer a seperate "padded sleeve" like the brenthaven had, so that if I wanted to take the MBP without the bag, I can.

So, suggestions>?

Not great at bags, but don't go anywhere near Tech-Air unless you enjoy the straps (for your arms) splitting away from the bag's main body even through suitable use.

Get a Incase Neoprene Sleeve for starters.

As for a bag.. that's not my area. I'd imagine any bag would do if you get the sleeve :)

I have an Incase neoprene sleeve and a Crumpler Matchmaker, but as EVH says, any bag will do if you get a decent sleeve!

I'll be getting a LowePro Computrekker Plus when I go travelling with my MBP and DSLR.

Might be a bit overkill for what you're looking for though.

LowePro do other bags which might be better for you.

Ive got a Crumpler bag, think its called the sticky date (its black with a the outline of a blue sploge on it!).

Its made for the 17" MBP but fits the 15" perfectly as the inside sleeve is adjustable, and also removable. Also plenty of space for other bits and piece with three nice wide pockets on the inside at the front.
