Tried 40kg on the OHP couldn't manage it at all. So ive taken it down to 32kg and build up again.

Tried adding dips the last two sets I could only do 4 reps. Ill probably keep it at 5kg for a good week or two until I actually can do 5x5. Thinking of adding weighted pullups on the B sessions.

Dude, if you couldn't manage the OHP increase to 40kg why not just bring it back to 37.5kg or at most 35kg?! I'd want to stall twice before dropping weight

Still a strong squats:bench ratio! I'm sure you could whack 55kg on the bar and progress just the same :p

Tbh 37.5kg wasn't very pretty after the second set onwards, I started using my legs to help push up on the OHP.
My bench I may of dropped it too low to begin with but its going up. Its getting close to my max bench rep weight of 60-62kg that I was stuck on for god knows how long.

I'm 37.5kg on my OHP, lord it's a killer! One more attempt before I deload back to 32kg.

First two sets on the pull ups were hard but I managed it but the last three sets I only done 3-4 reps.
 
I'll be following your log. I just started last week and have similar-ish stats so it'll be good to see how I progress alongside you. You have nice squats. I agree that you could probably add a bit more on your bench and still be fine!
 
You're forgetting Monsieur Boulder Shoulders, aka Skullmaster. I'm pretty certain he can press the sun.

Ah you think snapped up shoulders are your ally? You merely adopted the snaps. I was born with them, molded by them. I didn't see the strength they gave me until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but obscene!
