Dude, if you couldn't manage the OHP increase to 40kg why not just bring it back to 37.5kg or at most 35kg?! I'd want to stall twice before dropping weight
Still a strong squats:bench ratio! I'm sure you could whack 55kg on the bar and progress just the same
Tbh 37.5kg wasn't very pretty after the second set onwards, I started using my legs to help push up on the OHP.
My bench I may of dropped it too low to begin with but its going up. Its getting close to my max bench rep weight of 60-62kg that I was stuck on for god knows how long.
Some serious weight getting shifted now Keep it up!
