Ok ive been naughty and haven't updated my profile in months. But here I am gonna keep you guys updated, and hopefully get reading your logs again.
As you can see squats are doing great, and deadlifts are coming along. Ive reduced my squats to 3x5 about November as I wasn't making any progress and kept failing on sets 4 and 5. And deadlifts ive gone down to 1x5 (which your only meant to do anyway) and that's progressing.
OHP im still stuck on that, but I wont give up and ill keep trying. That's also gone down to 3x5.
My pullups im really happy with, I never could do wide grip pullups and now I can. It may seem a small thing to some of you giants but doing wide grip pullups is an achievement to me.
Also ive lost a few kgs but am looking bigger around the chest, and also my thighs are looking pretty juicy now
