Baking kits for kids?

I thought this would be easy.
But I'm looking for something along the lines of a cupcake kit with like icing pens and toppings, all ingredients included. For kids. But after a quick google I can't seem to find any.
They must exist, I'm sure I've seen them before. I just can't remember where.

Can find loads of kids kits, but they just include equipment.

that's a shame.

It doesn't have to be cupcakes.

Think I'll have to pop into kitchens in Bristol. I know they have a large selection of cake decoration. Hopfully have lots of colour icing pens and build ontop of one of the equipment kits and see if supermarket has any relevant "cake" mixes.

And who wants to go into business with me. Found a rare gap in the market.
