Balanced party creation in early game ff3?

evening, just starting out on ff3 at the moment and still trying to get to grips with the job system. I've only just had my opportunity to pick jobs and i'm thinking to go for Main char: warrior/red mage. Arc: white mage. Refia: red mage/black mage. Ingus: warrior. so quick bit of advice needed would having a red a black and a white mage weaken my party too much physically or is red mage pretty much a superior job to warrior? what would be your ideal party selection?

i have main as freelancer.. arc as red mage. Refia as white and ignus as warrior.. i seem to be doing fine sofar.. dont forget more jobs will be avalible later on ;)
