Bald head. Choice or not?

Guys, are you bald through choice or not?

I am through choice. I shave my head with a razor! Any of you do the same?

What do you use and your routine and why?

I use a Gillette Sensor with Wilkinson Sword Shaving cream and shaving brush.

I shave my head every 4 days or so.

Hair on the head is uncomfortable for me. I am losing it but not drastically
 
I'm 41 and have a full head of hair, for which I'm thankful. I did though shave it all off once when I was in the RAF, it was a drunken bet, which I won ! :D

Trouble was though, my scalp, or more accurately, my cranium is quite bumpy, and for a few weeks while waiting for my hair to grow back, I was ridiculed for looking like a freak. So, baldness is not a good look for me.

Having said that, if I started to suffer from male pattern baldness, I'd just cut to the chase and shave it all off. I can live with the 'freak' comments. :D
 
Well I started going bald (thining massively on top) like my father did.

My old man has always just done a kinda comb over. Screw that.

For the past 3 years I have shaved my head, I do it with a Gillette Razer when I'm in the shower, takes about 5 mins in all.

I was going to put my balled fist up to their chin as a means of intimidation, but I suppose shaving them to look like a Rhesus Monkey works too.
 
I use my beard trimmer to keep what's left of mine very short. Usually about two settings shorter than my beard.
 
I'm almost bald. don't really care nowadays. I stupid shave it completely but I have seven very large and noticeable moles under what hair is left so undecided on that.
 
Currently debating making the leap from shaving my head with clippers using the bare blades, or using a razor.

I too suffer male pattern baldness, but retain some hair around the sides. Unlike my father however, I will not abide the 'egg in the nest' so I have what I'd describe as a scorched earth policy instead of a hair style.
 
Head of hair here, though I am losing my hair slowly, no surprise really as my grandad was bald at 21. I quite like it cut short as I have quite a physical job & I sweat a lot at times (all the time in the summer) & it makes my hair wet, which I hate because it is usually the cause of my colds. Shaving it off would cause more problems though as I would get untold stick at work & I think I would look completely stupid being bald & wearing glasses.
 
I've been very thin on top since my early 20s, so I keep the bits that do grow very short to avoid looking like I'm in denial. I've seen my friends try to cling on to looking like they have a full head of hair, but they were only fooling themselves. All eventually got the message.

I don't shave it, because I hate shaving, so bare clippers on the shortest setting does for me.
 
Nearing my mid-thirties and a full head of thick hair, not a single grey either. My dad is in his seventies and still has a full head of (albeit thinner and now white) hair and he didn't start greying until his mid-sixties.

Don't hate the player, hate the game ;)
