Baldur's Gate 3 - any benefits from going from Titan X to 2080ti at 1200p?

My niece has appropriated her father's PC - a 4th or 6th gen Intel ITX PC and my old Titan X (essentially a 12 GB 980ti) with a decent 650W PSU - and is playing BG3 at 1200p on a 60 Hz monitor. My nephew didn't want my RTX 2080 Ti so I'm thinking of giving it to her. Will she see any improvement?

Bg3 probably not much as the game is often cpu limited. Though some games would, more so if its an i7. i5s from then can really struggle in anything that's even a little bit multi threaded these days
