Just ordered it for £12 it includes BG1+expansion BG2+expansion. Never played them before i hear they good. But there getting on now so will they work on vista. Also i heard there brilliant but why are they?
 
Questions:

1.Is it easy to understand, if i played other rpgs this one wont confuse me.

2.How easy it to look after so many ppl, as i understand it you have like 4-6 in your party?

3. How long is the games, is it bigger than most rpgs?

4. will it run on vista?

For BG1 I would recommend that you also use the mod BG1TUTU. This allows BG1 (+exp) to run in the enhanced BG2 engine so you get higher resolution graphics etc. This is much better than the clunky BG1 engine with a max res of 640x480. This is a very stable mod now and there is a "Easytutu" option for people who might be apprehensive about modding.

So for my first character what would be best, im more into being an excellent sword fighter, so im probably better off with something like that. And is there a charcter i can have who would put buffs and other type spells to make me stronger.

Baldurs Gate Compilation- £11.92
Fallout Collection- £7.99
Icewind Dale Compilation - £7.91

So plenty of gaming:)
 
Ive also just ordered another game
NW2 Expansion pack

I never managed to finish NW2 i got to Act 3 and had to fight this bloke in the arena and i could never beat him. Out of interest how far into the game was i?
 
Went to town today and picked up NW platinum which comes with the two expansion packs. So far really good, infact its got a better camera than NW2 but i heard they fixed it in the NW2 expansion.

Playing NW1, ive started it today and its brilliant. Ive done the tutorial, completed beggars nest, and the penensilia district that leaves me with the black market district and the docks:) Such a great game hopefully be spending some more time on it tomorrow. So far im lvl 5 fighter, seems good enough.

Need help with NW1 im nearly lvl 6 and since like lvl 4 i think ive got an icon saying my strength is decreased. Ive rested so it aint temporary and i dont think its to do with any items im carrying.
 
NW1- im just starting Act2 and what can i say, this is got to be the best rpg ive ever played. I think i prefer it to NW2 (even though i only got to act 3) and thats saying something.

My copy of NW2 Mask Of The Betrayer turned up yesturday, along with Icewind Dale Chronicles, the rest should arrive in the next couple days.
Im gonna play them in this order i think:
NW1 and the two expansion packs:D
NW2 and of course the expansion pack
BG1,2 and there expansions
Icewind Dale 1 and 2 and expansions
Fallout 1,2 and tactics

So i think that will last me until im ready to leave home to my new job:D
