I am running a opty 165 at 9x320, just want to know should I run ram at 3-3-3-7 on 180div or at 2.5-2-2-7 on 150div ? Just ran aquamark and there is like 1000 point difference. On the 150div it feels more nippy, the rig is used most of the time for gaming/multitasking and the occasional video editing/encoding.

Bench them and take the one that gives you the best performance 
Which ever setting performed the better in Aquamark is likely to be the best in all benchmarks, so i'd stick with that.
