Ballistix Tracer LEDs

I have a 2gb Ballistix Tracer kit in my pc, but am getting really annoyed with the flashy LEDs. Is there any way to turn them off, or at least make them duller? Giving me a bloody headache :mad:

I don't think you'd be able to unless you took the heatsink off the RAM and took the LEDs out yourself.

Get a solid side panel/move your computer?

Sell them and buy different ram. Lots of people like the flashy lights so you wouldnt have trouble selling them

hmm I think I might, though I'll try the electrical tape over them first if thats not going to harm them in any way (dont see why it would but you never know)..

I'm actually thinking about selling it anyway as I hear Ballistix Tracer is overkill if you dont overclock - is it worth getting rid and getting some normal stuff or should I just keep it now I have it?

My mate specced up the pc because I dont really know much about how they work, just how to use one
