Ok we saw a house yesterday that we like but it needs all the windows replacing at some point. The current ones are old 90s aluminium things by the looks. And a triple panel into the garden. Here's the link. So about 6 big windows and the back door.
The extension has all new anyway so that's ok.

Without having done this before or measuring them to get some online quotes how much, roughly, would I be looking at. 10k ish? More? Nothing top of the range or bottom.

It'll spiral likely though, as the fascia boards and guttering will make sense to do at the same time.

Looks like they've jumped on the office/shop-store-front-anthracite-grey vogue as well, which commits you to make the rest match!

Big cost could come from re-doing the conservatory windows and rear doors whilst you're at it.

Don't kid yourself about how much work that place needs (kitchen, bathroom, central heating looks like it hasn't been touched in ages).

Edit: Looks like they've been trying to reach aliens based on the aerial on the chimney, too!
Edit2: Based on the kitchen cupboards as well, it looks like they aren't shy of a bodge job. I'd be very wary/go in with eyes open. It definitely won't just be the windows.

Well I'd say 5k is at the low end and definitely wouldn't include your doors.

We paid £5800 for a similar amount of windows (not the patio doors) and a front door with side panel. The main difference was our front living room and main bedroom windows were 5 panel bay windows.

I believe ours was at the lower end of the price scale as it was a local guy who did it as a side job to his usual job fitting for new builds and commercial buildings.

I'd be budgeting more like 10k if I was including the rear doors / patio and I wouldn't be surprised if some quotes were higher.
