Greetings folks. For some reason my G15 keyboard is now telling me that I have exceeded the bandwidth available for it to function properly :( Is there anyway around this so that I don't have to unplug things like my webcam etc

Thanks in advance

Al ;)

Taken from another site....

How do I increase USB bandwidth?

By installing a PCI-USB add-in card, which provides an independent USB bus to which even more peripherals can be connected. What is the difference between bus-powered and self-powered hubs? USB supports both bus-powered and self-powered devices. Most general-purpose hubs come with their own power supply and therefore are self powered. Bus powered hubs gets power from the bus and therefore has the limitation of only supporting low power devices. Each downstream port on a bus-powered hub typically supplies up to 100mA. On the other hand, each downstream port on a self-powered hub typically supplies up to 500mA.
