I've got a USB ADSL modem connected to a machine that is on 24x7, and it is sharing the internet connection over a BNC bus network. 
Is there any software that I can put on the 24x7 machine to limit upload bandwidth? As the connection is unusable as one of the computer is constantly uploading and making the connection unusable.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the machine is running Windows XP Pro....
