Bandwidth Management

Hey folks,

I'm looking for some bandwidth management software so I can 'sniff' who's using how much bandwidth on my network.

Are there any suitable packages for WinXP?

You can't "sniff" what other people are transferring without either a switch or router that'll give those statistics, or all the machines connecting through yours.

You can install a monitoring program on their pc and then check the logs though.
