Bandwidth Monitor?

Are there any programs out there that can monitor processes that are causing bandwidth usage on my PC? The reason I ask, all of a sudden my pings on pretty much all servers have hiked by at least 50. its leading me to believe that I've got some spyware and basically just want to know which ones are causing. I get that ping hike with xfire and msn turned off as well.

its not a major problem as I'm reformatting tomorrow when my new Seagate Barracudas turn up.

What sort of connection are you on? If maxdsl maybe interleaving has been applied.

Any of the suggestions in here would work for the whole interface.
As for per-application monitoring, what about TCPView - won't give you throughput, but would show you if any processes had any abnormal connections.
