Bandwidth Monitor

I'm after a program to monitor bandwidth usage. I have a Windows 2003 Ent box that uses RRAS to route traffic through a router and out to the net.

It's been dog slow recenlty and I want to see what bandwidth each client is using.

Any suggestions? Has to be free.

the program 'bandwidth monitor' should do the old job, i have it, very simple

Tried your suggestion, but it's brought up some more requirements

I must be able to distinguish traffic from clients and see if it's going externally.
