Bandwidth Monitoring

Just wondering if anyone could reccomend any software for monitoring bandwidth that would alert me when a server goes over i.e. 2TB bandidth. I'm currently using Cacti but it doesn't notify me when anything goes over. Need to monitor via snmp v2 protocols and web based.

Pretty sure there is a plugin for Cacti that does alerts?

They have Thold but doesn't seem to work.
