bandwidth not showing up in account so can they charge me the extra

im with freedoom2surf and you could allways see how much bandwidth you have used and left for that month,but its not been showing up in my account,it just saying none yet recorded for this month

so if i do go over it and get charged for it do you think ive got a good argument if i phone them up wanting my money back for the extra bandwith

I have the same thing - I'm with F2S and my usage thing hasn't updated since I switched to lite and got regraded to MAX. Does make me wonder.

umm i really hate not knowing how much ive downloaded or if they have stopped the 50gig bandwidth,im on max,what ive also done is taken a screen shot of my account so if they do charge me the extra i can use that against them,no point raising a ticket as they never get back, i raised a ticket last month about something and ive not heared from them since

Have you given them a call about it? They could probably tell you how much you've downloaded.

its a known problem - they know about it and hasn't been showing since the beginning of this month afaik.

Pop over to www.freedom2support.com (unofficial forums) and things are explained/already noted.
