Bang-for-buck components

This isn't really a "spec me" thread, just something I've been wondering.

What are the best bang-for-buck components in each category at the minute?
In theory at the end of this we might end up with a list of components that might help out people on a tighter budget.

So;
Best bang-for-buck CPU?

Best bang-for-buck Motherboard?
(I feel this one could be tricky due to brands, maybe we could just go with the basic model Z68, Z77, etc.?)

Best bang-for-buck RAM?

Best bang-for-buck Graphics card?
(Lets try to assume all round PC use, so something that can handle gaming, if not BF3 on Ultra settings)

Best bang-for-buck soundcard? (maybe just onboard sound?)

Best bang-for-buck CPU Cooler?

Best bang-for-buck SSD?

Best bang-for-buck PSU?
(A tricky one, but if we're going bang-for-buck let assume system wont be a beast)

Best bang-for-buck case?

Anything I've missed?
I think stulid did a bang up job reviewing thermal compounds, so not much need to cover them.

Week only products change though so the RAM could change and I wasn;t sure about the SSD maybe the samsung instead but it's currently £10 more so.....
