hey mate, yeh pairing with opteron gotta hit 3ghz on Air with my 0540.
Yeh i was thinking of the 1st setup the 'PowerColor ATI Radeon X1800 XT 512MB' is killer bang for buck, i was just wondering if the Gskill HZ is ok now, cos i know they had a faulty batch.

I'm not too clued up on Ram at all so maybe best wait for other opinions but for what it is worth I had the idea that there were really just compatability problems between GSkill and some Asus motherboards not all across the range but like I say I could well be wrong :)

I have the G.Skill you selected in an A8N32 and it works fine at 250MHz 3-4-3-8. As for any other ASUS board, I haven't heard of any compatability issues.
