Got to be a joke surely. People can't really think you can just open an account by giving a name and email address and they'll just believe you.
That can partly be true though you still have the option of taking the supporting documents to the branch, or you can send them by post.

half the banking peoples jobs went because of them encouraging their customers to do everything online.
