Want to increase my student overdraft from 200 to 1000 or so, says on the website to ring them up or go into your branch, rang them up 4 times, got through first go but the guy couldnt do it cos he wasnt student department or somethin and the bird who was was busy.
Tried 3 times since and cant get through, I'm in Leeds and my local branch (i.e. the one I'm registered at) is in Manchester, will they let me do it at one here? Cos theres one about 15 minutes away.
