you can see the cars overtaking/boxing the minibus and later wagstaff.
He says he had no recollection, but if you had 1/2s to choose between cutting car on right or continuing onwards which would you choose;
probably not enough time to contemplate what he was about to hit either.

well imhop not enough information to understand why they did not prosecute W for dangerous driving, or/and have a larger, more comparable, sentence
