The below link is why I'm asking. One of the letters we've recieved is regarding our absentee landlady's financial status. I was just curious as to which branch of HSBC she had fraudulently obtained her mortgage from. It's reached the stage where they are sending solicitors letters now, and I've been in contact with them to tell them about our situation, and given them as much information as we have about her. I also have account numbers etc but I think...I *think*...if they've got any sense, they will have stopped them by now.
