I am a 35 years old graduate and I am trying to get into compliance. I worked as a PPI complaint handler and worked for the FOS. I am applying for entry level professional positions but keep getting rejected. Any advice would be appreciated.

What area of banking and what area of compliance? Or is it just any? Have you got any professional qualifications?

Is there any way you could contact the companies and ask for feedback on the rejection. Make it clear you would like honest feedback so you know what areas you need to work on to be succefful in the future.

Are you getting interviews or being rejected before that stage ? 35 sounds a bit old for "entry level" unless you've got a good explanation on your CV why you're willing to start at the bottom.
