Thanks you guys are great I would never take that even if it was done I have to learn the mistake that has got me here, My father said always face the problems that you make yourself.

Today spoken to CAB and they said they can help with a few thing's it would also be pointless for the banks to lower the payment's.

As for IVA nope can't do that as I don't work now, so what I knew is now the best was said by them Bankruptcy is the best idea. They gave me a number for futher help if needed

So I have been to my local court that was scary, and picked up the forms to go bankrupt, inside the brown envelope which hold the forms is going to be my new life a better life or harder life who know's.

Will start filling the forms in and take it from there need £475 which is the fee ( cash ) when I hand the forms back to them.

I'll keep you all posted how it goes, like I have said your good people I thought at first why post here with this, I was just a guy whom just passed by reading threads watching the famous Gilly with his advice.

Your help maybe words but just that has given me hope
remember take out £500 cash from your visa wait 1 month and apply for Bankruptcy, that way the bank pays for it :D

and you think banks have any? :o

exactly. If the bank think its moral to charge me 30 quid to go over drawn by accident, then they deserve it

Good luck with whatever you decide to do and as has been said before its good that realise the situation and dont want to burden anyone else with your problems.

*off topic SCM your gallery actualy makes fife look half decent ;)

If you want to measure your own actions and your own levels of decency against that of a bank, so be it. If you want to justify your own lack of morals by using the old chestnut "Well, if THEY can do it.......", then so be it. It's your business, and more power to ya.

Me personally, well, I try and live my own life a little differently to that and it seems to me that the OP is the same.

Two wrongs don't make a right mate.
Go and claim the inflated charges back legally...you'll win. :)

Good luck with everything and hopefully now the stress is lifted a bit for you to relax a bit more.

*off topic i know DAvE18 some parts are nice but others are most definitely not :p

So your pc was made from metals that children dug out of stone, clothes you brought were made in sweat shops now knowing all this you still go out and buy them where are your morals.
Banks make money out of nothing so whats wrong with not paying them back, nothing is wrong because they pray on the good people by using morals.

Oh come now, you're clearly clutching at straws in an effort to justify your previous advice that the OP should carry out immoral acts.
If you can find me a good source of "Fairtrade" PC parts, then i'd be obliged if you could put me on to them.

It's all about choice. I can choose to not be a lowlife who deliberately borrows money from others with no intention of paying it back (and I don't care if that money is borrowed from a bank or an individual), but I can't choose to buy organically farmed graphics cards.

Now this is the kind of attitude I like seeing in the forums, helping a total stranger and not starting on him for going in debt. Good stuff :D

Buddy, I don't have any advice for you, I'v never been in debt, and 35k sounds a bit scary. I hope you can deal with it and start fresh, good luck. :)
