Banner - Wont work

Well I upload a banner but it wont show up on the style I am using even tho it's upload right as you can see here:



The style I use is > 4poziomSEO red

No thank you! Why would anyone want to visit a site to get problems eep!

Surely it should be:

"Get advice on all your relationship..." or "Solve all your relationship..."

I've tried that still don't show up
