Banning / Firewalling a domain

Hi

I'm with Virgin Media and suffer horrendous cache problems with youtube. What I want to do is ban / restrict access to

*.ntli.net

I would like to do this at router level is at all possible? Any of you guys know how to do this? Can you do this on asus black diamond routers?

Could just block the range on the firewall. So outbound:

Source: Any
Destination: 194.168.4.220
Port: Any

This ip was from central ops after a quick google. There maybe more of a range to use.
