I've got the current bar ends:

They're plugged into LSL superbike Aluminium bars, which have a 1" outer diameter and a 14mm inner diameter.
The question I had was if I were to get some bar end mirrors like these: http://www.getgeared.co.uk/lsl_bar_end_clamp_mirrors_22-2-25-4mm_black - would they just clamp onto the bar ends, or would I need to shuffle all the controls along to clamp them to the actual bars?
There's a US shop that appears to sell an "LSL bar end mirror adapter" (http://www.spieglerusa.com/lsl-mirror-5438.htm) but I can't seem to find anyone else who sells this, or why it'd be needed.
Any ideas?
