Barb sizes?

if I go for the 7/16 Masterkleer, then what pump should I go for. The 12V Laing DDC1+ Ultra 18W i was looking at looks like it's only compatible with 3/8" ID Hose?
 
The case is big enough for WC with a few mods. That said, I can fit a tripple rad but not two doubles. I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem for cooling the CPU and GPU.

what size barbs - 1/2"?

Is the Aplacool top the aftermarket top? - (edit) found what you mean.. :)
