Barcadia...... Arcade games, beer and food in Norwich

As a former Naaarch person...

Norwich already has Retro Replay, which is pretty much just arcade machines (with a few consoles) all set to freeplay, so token machines, hmmm.

Although with NostalgiaNerd and Ashens on board there should be some interesting games there. Who knows, maybe Ashens will get Polybius. ;)

Slice and Dice isn't bad at all. Haven't eaten there, just drinks, but I know people who have and they say it's good.

Sadly, only visit the parents a few times a year now, so visiting would be tricky.

the plant based food puts me off. I don't mind them having it but why not meat as well as plant.
i like meat as much as the next person but if they want to go with a vegi or vegan vibe that is up to them...... its certainly not something which would stop me visiting (and you could take a pasty with you if you really wanted which would save more money for arcade games and beer ;) )

truth is i would be hard pressed to tell a quorn chicken burger apart from a real one once all the salad and chilli sauce etc is put on, and IF a gregs vegan sausage roll is more sustainable than a real pig one then i would be ok with that transition as well personally.

I think I will take a pasty with me big mike.

cant go wrong with a ginsters cornish. (not as good as the real deal from down south mind you, but for under £2 it fills a hole)

I find the chunks of potato dont get soft enough and have an odd texture unless nuked for way over what it recommends.. I have to say the cheapo Peters ones from Home bargains are indeed a bargain at about 75p!
